Trainery One Launches TRAKLearning, a Training Management System
Expanding its TraineryLEARNING offerings, Trainery One launches TRAKLearning, a centralized Training Management System that helps organizations run their entire training program. TRAKLearning is built for corporate internal training and L&D departments, training companies, and individual trainers to manage the business of learning.
TRAKLearning becomes a ‘backroom control center’ to create, track, and manage training programs, forecast needs, and streamline training operations. The competitive offering allows administrators to setup and manage in-person, virtual instructor led (VILT) training events, and hybrid programs.
The ‘one-stop shop’ of training management platforms, the system creates a comprehensive overview of all training that an employee has undertaken, regardless of source. Conferences, legal & regulatory licensing, blended learning and other learning engagements can be tracked and stored within the system providing a truly comprehensive view – and deadline management – of all training and L&D activities. Documentation is stored within the platform to assist with potential audits, and an automated notification system alerts administrators of pending regulatory deadlines.
As part of Trainery One, TRAKLearning integrates with TraineryLMS and other TraineryLearning and TraineryHCM products.
