The livestream event touched on some of the highlights from each category that Finalists and Winners brought regarding value, innovation, and/or service. Lighthouse estimates that over 5,000 HR technology firms exist globally, and only 1-2% are honored in this year’s program. Each solution has been vetted based on case studies, product demonstration, and technology innovation. Hundreds of employers annually use The HR Tech Awards to guide their technology selection process.
